Casing Shell: Casing / Shell square shaped cooling towers are designed structurally in such a way so to withstand high wind velocity, sudden shocks and vibrations. Avani Artech engineers take enough care for perfect fittings and sealing of the segments of the tower by continuous type sealant during erection, sass to give same effect of one piece molded casing for better performance of the tower.

Salient Features of "Avani Artech" Fanless Jet Cooling Towers:
Type: Jet Spray Type Fanless Induced Draft Cooling Tower
Working principles: The kinetic energy of water entering the cooling tower is converted into kinetic energy of air by the use of specially designed jet nozzles. In short this is based on jet ejector principal.
Material of construction: Vertical columns & cross members are made from heavy MS Angle, Channel & Tees which are hot dip galvanized.
Louvers: Louvers are 100% FRP moulded in a special form to have strength and reduced water losses.
Hardware: Louvers are nut bolted to the structure by glass tilled nylone nut bolts. Thus louvers make ring like pattern which gives extra strength. HDG nut bolts are used for structure fitting.
Spray system: A balanced spray system is made out of class CGI pipes and nylone 6 nozzles. The larger orifice (10mm) of the specially designed nozzles ensure against chocking up and lower operates with same efficiency for longer periods.
Space required: The floor space required by AVANI ARTECH fanless jet cooling tower is very much less as compared with spray ponds or spray type cooling towers using conventional material of construction. Floor space required is definitely slightly more than fan type of towers.
Life: Superior material of construction makes our tower last longer than towers with conventional material.
Water loss: Louvers are shaped sized and angled in such a way so that drift losses are minimum.
Maintenance: Maintenance is cut down substantially in absence of any moving components. No such maintenance problems are expected in these towers. In absence of fill packs, chocking or replacement of packing does not arise at all. Steel structure is hot dip galvanized hence jet spray nozzles are made from Nylon 6 virgin material hence do not break for years. Orifice of nozzles is 10 mm. So don't get chocked up with normal water. Normally, cleaning during annual shut down is done if required. Hence we all Avani Artech fanless jet towers are practically zero maintenance towers.
Ageing effect: There are no components used which deteriote with time. Hence cooling efficiency remains same through out the life of the tower. Thus there is no ageing effect
Wooden Cross Flow Cooling Towers
Wooden Cross Flow Cooling Towers are the common timber type cooling towers frequently required by all the major sector customers. The cross flow cooling towers are having mechanical fan and the water is cooled with the help of mechanical fan motor. Mechanical cooling towers provide better thermal performance, low drift loss suitable for the current water scarce world. These cooling towers are having the highest delta T and greater efficiency and lower & easy maintenance cost. These cooling towers have both single side and double side air intake. So depends upon the site condition you can prepare the model of the tower.
These towers can be used for which ever quantity of water-cooling by extending the size and lengths by increasing the standard size pressure treated wooden frames. The woods used for manufacturing the cooling towers are completely seasoned chemically treated, light wood. The splash bars, drift eliminator, fan duct and complete structures are made out of the same wood.
