C’cure Building Products is a pioneer in the Manufacturing of Eco-Friendly Sand Lime Fly Ash Bricks in Pune & Goa. It has a plant capacity of 50,000 & 25,000 Bricks per day in Pune & Goa respectively. These Bricks are made by Steam Curing Process. The raw materials used are Stone dust, Fly Ash & Lime Sludge.
The Company has also successfully used Slag from Steel Industry as a constituent of these Bricks. In Goa, it has tie up with a Sponge Iron Factory to consume all the Fly Ash generated there. The Company further hopes to convert all the building debris generated by a city as raw material for these Bricks. These bricks avoid the use of agricultural top soil and no kilning is required.
C’cure has already supplied Bricks to many Green Buildings as per IGBC Norms. Some of these are Kirloskar Brothers; Pune, Cummins Factory; Ranjangaon; Pune, Tata Cummins in Phaltan, Thermax Head Office, Pune etc.
These Bricks are technically superior to normal Clay Bricks and concrete blocks. Finishes like POP, Gypsum, Plaster, Dado Tiles can be directly applied on the Bricks surface. Construction cost with these Bricks is lower than that with normal Clay Bricks
