BREAKFAST: Complimentary Buffet Breakfast is served at @M Restaurant for the guests staying at the Cocoon Hotel. Breakfast buffet is served between 07:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. ROOM SERVICE: 24 hrs Room Service is available, to order please contact room service for Assistance.
@M Restaurant: An all day dining multi-cuisine restaurant with bar, operates from 7.00 am to 11.30pm can accommodate 80 guests.
OPEN AIR RESTAURANT: 76 cover capacity world cuisine restaurant with the bar opens in the evenings from 07.00pm to 11.30 pm.
CATERPILLAR: 1300 Sq.ft banquet hall, perfect place for Conferences, Reception and cocktail parties, capacity 20 to 100 people.
TRAVEL DESK: All types of vehicles-AC, non-AC available on hourly & km. basis .Travel desk is located in the main Lobby area. Our GRE/Travel desk assistant will be glad to assist you for the arrangement.
DRESS CODE: Cocoon Hotel allows formal & smart casual wear.
CHECK IN CHECKOUT TIMING: Check-in / Check-out is at 12 noon. To extend your stay, you may contact Front Desk for possible arrangement depending on room availability.
FITNESS AND SPORTS CENTER: Squash court, Beauty salon, Swimming pool, Tennis court, Paddle pool for children available at Abs, just a walking distance from the Hotel. For details , guests can contact Front desk for assistance.

DOCTOR: Doctor is available on 24-hour basis. Please contact the Operator for an Appointment.
CRIBS: Cribs are available on demand; The Housekeeper will make arrangements for you. One-day advance notice is required, call Hotel Assistance.
VISITORS: Please take note that the Hotel does not accept non-registered visitors in the guest room without the permission of the Hotel.

FLIGHT & TICKET ARRANGEMENTS: please contact Travel -Desk or Front Desk Service in the Lobby to arrange onward flight confirmations.
GUEST SERVICE: Front Desk staff is available 24 hours to provide you with any information and assistance for the site seeing, movie tickets, restaurants, shopping, transportation, etc.
LAUNDRY SERVICE: Laundry, ironing and dry-cleaning services are available from 09:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m. with normal and express delivery times. Laundry picked up before 10:00 a.m. will be delivered on the same day and after 10.00 am will be delivered the next day. Laundry bags and forms are located inside your wardrobe. Please complete and sign the laundry list, place it in the laundry bag, then either call the Hotel Assistance in case the room is not made up or leave it in your room.

MINI BAR: In all suites Mini refrigerator is stocked with Mineral water, Aerated water, and chocolates, etc. The Minibar is refilled daily with soft drinks and beers on chargeable basis, You are requested to fill Mini bar slips if any consumption or contact House Keeping for refilling.
DVD PLAYERS: DVD players are available on demand .House keeping Assistant will make arrangements for the same.
LIBRARY LOUNGE: Variety of beverages are served in the Lounge with choice of books, operates from 11.00 am to 11.30 pm. Please let us know your choice of books from our collection , we are more than happy to lend you one!
NEWSPAPERS AND MAGAZINES: Daily local newspapers are available in all rooms. For any special news paper or magazines please inform Front Desk in advance for arrangement.
PARKING: Valet parking available. Ample parking space at basement level.
POSTAGE AND COURIER SERVICE: front desk will assist you with postage services, Stamps, postcards and letters.
