Established in 1981, we are located in Aundh, Pune. We are well known in the Heating, Ventilation and Air conditioning market as a specialist contractor designing and executing HVAC works in the industrial sector.
We are a Pune based company working all over India. Within the industrial sector we are particularly engaged in building HVAC systems for the automobile industry.
We have evolved from a manufacturer of unitary air conditioning and refrigeration products to a firm that designs and executes large Air conditioning systems that involve close control of parameters of pressure, temperature, humidity, filtration, positive pressures and air quality. We are highly experienced in putting to use PLC’s, other controllers and Building Management Systems to achieve control as well as data acquisition and its management.
One of the earliest clean room and positive pressurization systems built by us in the 1980’s was for Kirloskar Copeland Ltd for their hermetic compressor manufacturing facility. A few years later we repeated the work for their Atit factory expansion. Our first projects with Tata Motors and Bajaj Auto were in the Early Nineties of the last decade. We continue to serve them till date with execution and service.
We are a registered Partnership firm and is led by its’ partners- Prakash C Punjabi and Venkatesh S Iyengar-both mechanical engineers with Management degrees from IIM's. The partners lead the project and design team from the front and are actively involved in all aspects of the business.
We offer start to end solutions beginning with design, system engineering, supply, erection, testing, commissioning and after sales service. We have under service contract systems which have been built over a decade ago. Not only do we provide services that maintain the required uptime but also enable our customers to upgrade their system as part of the service contract.

Special Systems for Automobile Sector:
Engine test cell Air-conditioning / Ventilation systems
We execute them with air-conditioning, air-cooling, 2 stage cooling and plain fresh air as required. The Automotive Research Association of India, iCAT, VRDE and a host of automobile manufacturing companies have installed systems built by us.
Fume dilution and Exhaust Systems
We execute systems with or without dilution of the exhaust fumes. Special blowers and bearings that can withstand high temperatures and corrosion are standard fitments. Piping in SS/MS are options.
High ambient temperature testing for engines
These are options available within the engines test cell systems where provision is made to elevate the temperature of the ventilation air to simulate desert conditions with attendant safeties.
Combustion Air units for engine testing
We install systems that control temperature, pressure and humidity from 7.5 kW engines to1800 kW engines.
Automated Fuel dispensing system
These systems include underground storage tanks, day tanks, piping to test cells in Stainless Steel with pneumatic selection and isolation valves The system is fully automated with PLC Controls, fail safe and conform to safety regulations as stipulated by CCOE
Thermal Cycling and Abuse system for engine Testing
Engines need to be tested adversely with coolant temperatures of upto 120 degrees Celsius and calls for management of holding pressurized coolant Hot coolant at 120 degrees Celsius and cold coolant at 5 degrees Celsius are cyclically circulated through the engine
Vehicle testing Cells (VTC)
Vehicles undergoing endurance and emission tests generate large sensible heat .We install systems that control temperature and specific humidity at required levels and also have systems for engine exhaust as well.
Back pressure control systems for engine exhaust
These systems handle hot and aggressive exhaust gases. Piping is usually in Stainless Steel with back pressure valves and their actuators suited to extreme duty conditions.
Cooling water systems for engine and Dyno Cooling
We build large cooling water systems for multiple cells to maintain constant inlet pressure to the dyno Cooling is through a cooling tower .
Charge air cooling units.
Inlet air to the engine pressurized by the turbo charger is cooled in our compact charge air cooling units. We have a range of models to suit different engine capacities.
Factory Air Conditioning and Ventilation
The systems include air conditioning of large factory spaces with chilled water .Chillers with both air cooled and water cooled options. Temperature, Humidity, dust level control, and positive pressurization at desired values are maintained. We also automate the entire process and hook up the system with other utilities to provide fail safe operation.
Factory Air Cooling System
We have executed large systems for entire manufacturing spaces with air washing systems to maintain cool ambient and positive pressurization .These systems are especially useful in manufacturing spaces with large machine loads and in spaces where cutting oil fumes and other air contaminants get generated Air washers with Cellulose media as well as spray types are available.
For conservation of energy we have also built 2 stage air cooling systems. With a first stage sensible air cooling coil and second stage air washing these systems perform nearly as well as air-conditioning at half the cost in summer.
Clean Manufacturing Spaces
Many machining centers call for clean and dust free spaces both with and without control of other parameters. We design and execute such projects. Bosch’s Nashik plant has a large clean room manufacturing space which has been designed by us.
Standards Rooms, Laboratories, Server Room Air-conditioning
Standards rooms, measurement rooms and server rooms call for close control of set parameters and monitoring. Often the temperature gradient within the space itself needs to be controlled. We are well experienced in understanding such requirements and achieving end results.
