Flush Doors
 As per IS : 2202
 The timber used for Flush Doors are seasoned and chemically treated which makes them dimensionaly stable, Termite resistant and weather proof. The Flush Doors have a sold Block Board Core with BWP grade cross bands and face veneers which are bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin in Hote Press Process with high pressure and temperature. This makes the door highly durable. STANDARD THICKNESS : 25,30, 32, 35 AND 40 mm.
Moulded Panel Doors
 Masonite yet another new product has been added to our existing line. Moulded Panel Doors are made out f well seasoned and chemically treated solid hardwood timber and both the faces covered with HDF (High Density Fibre) design door skins exclusively imported from Masonite International Corp. USA.
Block Board
 As per IS : 1659
 Block Board is made out of selected seasoned timber which is subjected to machining on new modern wood working machines and the core board is made. The Board is formed with cross bands of core veneer and face veneer bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin in hot press process with high pressure & Temperature to make it 100% boiling water proof.

Exterior Grade, Shuttering, Marine Plywood
 As per IS : 303, 1328, 848 & 710
 BWP Plywood is manufactured from specially selected core veneers and bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin in hot press process with high pressure and temperature.
It has a wide range of applications like kitchen cabinets, partitions, wardrobe, table tops, interior decoration, shelves etc.,
Shuttering plywood can be used and reused several times under certain conditions of storage and handling.
Process :
 Kiln Seasoning
 As per IS : 1141
 The timber required for the products usually contains 35% and above moisture. The Moisture content is brought down to below 12% as recommended by IS:1708. This enhances the strength and retention and shape of the end products.
Chemical Treatment
 As per IS: 1141
 The wood is thereafter chemically impregnated under pressure as per IS: 401, by a specially evolved process. The resins and wax content of the solvent increase the durability by enhancing the property of waer repel lance.
