  About Kabir Baug Math Sanstha:

In 1989, Dr. S. V. Karandikar, founded a medical yoga institute by the name of "Sunderraj Yoga Darshan", now known as Sun-Jeevan Yoga Darshan. Sun being PINGALA (Transgression) & Jeevan being Moon, IDA (defense mechanism of body). This project is an offshoot of the Kabir Baug Math Sanstha, and was named Manav Sansadhan Vikas Ani Sanshodhan Manch. It was registered under the Public Charitable Trust Act of Maharashtra State (Rg. No. E1614). This trust has five members, of whom Dr. S. V. Karandikar is the Chairperson.

    • Class A: For Patients from Pune City
    • Class B: For Patients outside Pune
    • Class C: For handicapped patients. (Information about donation for all above classed available at reception)
  • Well equipped four (4) halls for Yoga Therapy
  • Guidance by Yoga teachers thoroughly trained by Acharya Yoganand (Dr. S. V. Karandikar)
  • Lectures / Demonstration
Procedure for getting Admission for Yoga Therapy Classes:
  • Contact Assistant Doctors in O.P.D. with all reports
    • O.P.D. Timings: 8:30 am to 11:30 pm 
                                   5:30 pm to 7:30 pm [Except Sunday]
    • If required, asst. doctors in O.P.D. will prescribe additional test / X-rays.
    • After getting this new report contact asst. doctors at O.P.D. again, for final preparation of history card.
    • With this history card and all reports meet Dr. S. V. Karnadikar   
                                                 
      Timings      : Monday to Saturday - after 7:00 pm 
                      Thursday - 11:00 am onwards [Sunday Closed]

    • After this examination Dr. Karnadikar will prescribe Yoga Postures on history card.
    • Entry will be made on history card for the timings and days for Yoga Therapy, selected by patient.

  • For Men : 'T' Shirt & Track Pant Full
  • For Women : 'T' Shirt & Track Pant Full
