Redcarpet Hotel Management &
Culinary Academy established in 2009 is an educational
initiative of people from the hotel industry with global
experience in Hotel Management and Culinary Enterprise.
This well-established and reputed Pune, India based
hospitality company, with about 400 employees, today
owns and manages 5 restaurants, 10 bakery and patisserie
shops, has a hotel management division managing a 4
star business boutique hotel and also manages off-premise
catering for an average of 400 events a year. Presently
the company is working on a new 5 star hotel projects.
The academy’s infrastructure, curriculum and
teaching methodology is based on internationally benchmarked
standards. It is envisioned to be a Centre of Excellence
dedicated to the field of hospitality education.
