WOODCO FLUSH DOORS:
Woodco flush doors are extensively used for both interior and exterior use. They are well-known for their excellent quality, dimensional stability and durability for long lasting services. Woodco flush doors have machine smooth uniform surfaces and have attractive out-look. They are manufactured from the combination of suitable seasoned wood battons with veneers for cross bands and faces.
Wood flush doors are manufactured to suit variety of customers, as they are available in commercial and decorative veneers. They are available in two categories.
Exterior Grade (BWP): flush doors bonded with phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin which has excellent water proof capability
Interior Grade (WWR): flush doors bonded with urea formaldehyde synthetic resin.

Core: core is made from well seasoned suitable wood.
Cross bands: cross bands are made from selected commercial wood veneers.

Both side commercial from selected commercial wood veneers.
One side teak veneered suitable for polishing and other side commercial veneered suitable for painting.
Both side decorative teak veneered suitable for polishing.
FRAMES:
All battons used for frames are made from well selected seasoned wood. Teak frame can also be made available as per requirement.
ADHESIVE:
Bonding is done with both liquid phenol formaldehyde synthetic resin and urea formaldehyde synthetic resin. It can also be made available in hot press type which Is highly BWP and WWR.
SIZE:
WoodCo Flush Doors are available in 7*3ft.
It can also be made available in non-standard sizes at extra cost.
