Their engineers are very poorly trained and the company overall has a very unprofessional attitude. To fix 1 issue their engineer takes 2-3 visits and post that they create another issue which again needs 2-3 visits to rectify. It also seems that they do not have a very big team. One engineer falls sick and they ask client to wait till he resumes. They do not think practically about clients convenience. My water purifier was having leakage issue (which started post their engineer fixed new buttons on the aqua-guard, note- he did in his third visit after complaining about the buttons), engineer did not allow us to stock some water before taking the water purifier and he took the purifier on sat evening while there were 2 public holidays (sun, mon). No thought is given to planning of such repair works. Terrible staff and Director is the worst. Not surprised the team is so dumb!
