same here I also booked 1bhk flat in March 2014 and cancelled in March 2016 but still not refund my 20% down payment...this is fully froud company

I Theresa Devassy had booked a one rk flat in swami enterprises shivkar gaon in the year 2013 till date no progress for the flat hence got in cancelled in the year 2016.I'm still waiting for my refund

I am also book 1bhk invest 5lakh approx in 2015 and the request for cancellation in jan 2018.I am still waiting for refund try to touch for contact builder.He is change always his mobile nos.
