About Us:    Dr. Prasanna Yavalkar's surgical practice is spanning over a period of 15 years. The various surgical procedures had done include basic to advanced surgeries. In the last ten years he has done many Laparoscopic Surgeries like Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, hernia repair, Splenectomy, Nephrectomy, Pseudocyst of Pancreas, Liver Cyst, Colectomies & Surgery for repair of Rectal Prolapse. He also has a vast experience in Cancer Surgery of the gastrointestinal tract and Cancer Surgery of the Breast. At present he is Asst. Prof of Surgery in the Dept of Surgery at SKNMC Medical College Pune, Consultant Surgeon at Oyster & Pearl Hospital and has his own private Nursing Home in Model Colony Pune. He is Panel Consultant at Ruby Hall Clinic and Poona Hospital and also visiting surgeon to many hospitals in and around Pune city. He is a Fellow of the Association of Surgeons of India and member of the Indian Association of Gastrointestinal Endo-Surgeons and many other Surgical Societies.
