When
you go out in a market to buy a weighing machine :

always remember what you want to weigh.

Go for a standard weighing machine, look for the
quality mark.

If you see ISI mark then go for it.

Just do not buy weighing machine because it looks
good. If it is not branded it may not show your
correct weight and you will feel bad if it shows
increase in your weight.

While weighing yourself always stick to one machine
so any changes in your weight will be believable
and you will spare yourself a lot of heartache because
very rarely two weighing machines will show your
weight same.

If your machine shows increased weight consistently
then before changing the weighing machine start
weighing your food and see the difference!
- Do
not weigh yourself daily after you start your training
program to loose some extra kilos you gained while
on a holiday.
