Dear sir self Admitted inthis Dr.Ambethkar hospital on 28.09.2022 for my neck right side swelling treatment purpose. this hospital DR.BARATHIRAJA sir Asst.Professor Surgery unit-2 and his head Dr.Prathab sir Professor Surgery department & team all doctors in involved my treatment of neck swelling. The treatment is starting from the hospital beginning onwards to do very well diagnosed etch and every day to day. Then send other hospitals for fungal infection treatment purpose Manipal and NIMAHNS. Finally do the biabcy test and as per the test results going treatment good way. The treatment going under Dr Barathi Raja sir and his head Dr. Prathab sir send me for fungal infection treatment purpose at NIMANS Hospital. The Nerology chief doctor NETHRAVATHI Madem viewed my all test results and scan reports finally prepared treatment chart for 18 day in my Admitted same hospital. After that started as per chart treatment was successfully completed. Then doctors after observation deside to discharged to me. The treatment going on 4months but really come good health. Because this hospital all the departments Surgery, Ent medicine and other do well support to recover my health. We are always very Happy thankful to DR.BARATHIRAJA sir, Dr.PRATHAB sir Ent Dr.SRINIVASAN sir and all other doctors, Nursing department brothers,sisters .Now I am healthy working on job Power plant Construction projects. One more information after discharge the doctors of all very kindly help to me treatment still now onwards ??. ?? .
