Blister and Vacuum Forming –
We virtually manufacture all kinds of blister cups required for the packing of products. Offering a plethora of services under vacuum forming cadre including vacuum formed products, blister cups with sleeve, without sleeve, as may be required by the client. Not only do we provide forming solutions, we also undertake complete packing solutions including coating of Base cards, printing of Base cards and sealing of cups with products to the Base cards
Blister Sealing –
We have on board Blister sealing solutions as may be required by the client. We specialize in Heat Sealing Process, which enables the package to be tamper proof and evicts any risk of duplication.
Blister Card Manufacturing –
We undertake Blister Card printing, be it on any kind of paper and board. We provide the best quality to our existing clientele and endeavor to provide the best to our prospective clientele. Blister Coating –
The most tedious job for a blister packaged product is the coating on the blister card, this need to be technically correct in all aspects to ensure a complete sealing process. We are equipped with UV machines and use the high end chemicals to provide you with the coating solutions.
Blister Moulds Development –
We provide services for development of “one-piece” aluminum moulds for Blister forming. Not only that we also provide development of Blister cutting mould and Blister sealing mould. It is our forte to bring to existence the mould to form the precise cup as would be required to package a product.
