We are in professional practice since 1977. We are based in Pune City (India) with 3 offices and a staff of 20 article students and 4 full time employees. We are empanelled with C & A G (Comptroller & Auditor General of India- Supreme audit authority in India). We are also empanelled with Reserve Bank of India as Category I firm. We are empanelled with other nationalized banks also. We position ourselves as a mid – sized professional firm to cater to various needs of our clients in a cost effective way. Our firm belief in partnering along with the growth of our client has kept us in forefront and as a result our clients have tagged along with us for more than 4 decades. Our Firm had been subject to “Peer Review” by ICAI for the year 2016.

We are a team of 6 multi-skilled Chartered Accountants. Mr. S. M. Ghatpande is a Company Secretary from London, as well as a Lawyer by qualification. Mr. N. H. Shah is a Cost Accountant as well as a Certified Systems Auditor. Along with routine matters, our other 1 partner is specialists in Insurance Audits.
