Its a very small endeavour on my part to make a place where patients can come .. and relax... and read.. watch tv.. read my message board.. write something on them.. and generally not be afraid of my medical verdict!
how is my clinic different??.. maybe its because i think that a doctor while being professional needs to be approachable... and spend the time to talk to a patient about her fears and worries.. because an informed patient is a more amenable patient! especially in ths internet era.. where they can get information which need not be true.. it becomes imperative to direct them and quell their fears!
We also have a small day care facility.. for minor tests and biopsies.. and being attached to corporate hospitals like Yashoda secunderabad and Sigma , Basant sahney Apollo,..definitely gives me the edge and freedom for the best possible in-patient care too for my major surgeries and deliveries!
.. but the personal independence and interactions of an out patient clinic, is something I will always cherish!
