Hotel Surya established in 1982, has now become a brand of recognition. Hotel Surya was inaugurated on 25th October, 1982 by the hands of the then Chief Minister of Gujarat State Shri Madhavsinh Solanki in a grand gala function held in front of the imposing hotel building.
Hotel Surya was started with just 17 guest rooms’ two Restaurants & Banquet Halls. At that point of time, the commercial activities of the area were just starting and now this area is humming with a score of most modern hotels, restaurants, Banks and other business and educational houses. Various faculties of the world famous M.S. University of Baroda is just located in its vicinity. During the course of time, Hotel Surya has groomed into a 3 Star Category Hotel. Having 6 storied Building with Penthouse, Consisting of 80 Guest Rooms, Two Restaurants, 4 Banquet Halls, 2 Guest Lifts, 1 Service Lift, sufficient Parking Area and most modern amenities and Facilities for the Guests. Hotel Surya offers a range of choices in accommodation from economy class to Deluxe and Club Rooms. All our rooms are centrally air conditioned. Both the Restaurants as well as all 4 banquet halls are also centrally air conditioned.
