UltraTech - SEAL & DRY is cement based, single component, polymer modified, flexible, waterproof coating (for concrete and masonry surfaces) that offers an incredibly high with standing capacity of 7 bar water pressure on positive side. It is available as a dry powder, and it is to be mixed with water before use. Surface preparation of the substrate is essential.
