A) Adv. Vipinchandra D. Meshram (LL.M) Enrolled on the roll of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa as an Advocate in 2007. Adv. Meshram is working for the last seven years in Co-Operative Laws and Conveyancing. Since then he has served wide variety of clients. He has an expertise over Conveyancing and Co-Operative Laws. He has high-quality knowledge of Society Formation, Conveyance Deed and Deemed Conveyance Deed. Adv. Meshram is a main creator and guide of V. D. Meshram & Associate.

B) Adv. Shaheen H. Pathan (LL.M) Enrolled on the roll of Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa as an Advocate in 2008. Adv. Pathan has total 7 yrs. experience in Legal Field especially in Real Estate/Land Acquisition Procedure/Revenue Court Procedure/Property Registration, Preparation of Title Search Report etc. also expertise in Legal Drafting like Sale Deed, Agreement to Sale, MOU, Lease Deed, Development Agreement, Power Of Attorney, Deed of Cancellation, Public Notice, Correction Deed etc.

She has good knowledge of Property Registration Procedure, Preparation of Title Search Report & Marathi/English Legal Drafting and expert in examination of 7/12 extract, Mutation Extracts, 8-A, Scheme Extract etc. ,

She is also familiar with N.A. Documentation and Procedure. Adept in analyzing the repetitive problems and plan cause solutions in Land Acquisition Cases. She also worked as an Advocate with respected companies.

C) Adv. Shriprakash Kulkarni is one of the important parts of our firm. Adv. Kulkarni is a senior advocate of High Court and advisor of our firm. The above mentioned Advocates decided to come together and form an associate V. D. Meshram & Associate in the year 2007 in order to provide integrated, devotee, productive and trustworthy legal services to our clients.
