After completing the engineering studies he found a rare opportunity to get associated with the core manufacturing company of the Dynamic Balancing machines in India. He was engaged with the design, development & production of these machines. This wealth of experience inspired him to devote his career to the subject of Vibrations. Frequency / Vibration Analysis:
Noise & Frequency Analysis
There are many cases, where high vibration amplitudes are not caused, only by rotor unbalance. In such cases Vibration Analyzer (with tracking filter section) covering broad frequency range, can offer specific 'SINGNATURE' of rotating body to identify the Sources of vibrations.
This helps to conclude the Source of Vibration like:
1) Misalignment
2) Bend shafts
3) Gear backlashes etc.
4) Worn out bearings & Surfaces
5) Weakness of Foundation / Structure
Our instruments can quickly indicate and locate the responsible factor. Excessive noise levels can also be traced and remedial measures can be suggested.
In-Situ-Balancing:
The most common cause of Vibrations in rotating equipments is Unbalance which can be corrected in actual working condition, on SITE itself by (In-Situ) Site Balancing methods. This will save:
Costly and time-consuming disassembly.

Can overcome having limitations to dismount the machinery from the structure.

Repairs and Refurbishment:
Our Pune set-up is fully equipped to undertake the repairs of shop Balancing Machines, any make/ any capacities. Old design machines can be refurbished by introducing the New Electronic Panels with today’s technique. Analog meter panels will be replaced by Micro-processor based Digital panels/DSP Panel Refitment of improved Mechanical gadgets is possible to enhance Basic Machine capacities and improve Machine accuracy levels.
Calibration:
Calibration at regular Intervals is carried by us as per International Standards. Regular track record can be generated to collect the data –base and history. We can manufacture Master Rotor for your machine calibration or your Regular Product can be converted as “Standard/ Calibrated unit” which can prove machine performance very quickly.
