Cleanliness yes they need early morning shift as as per appointment which comes via call pateint need to stand in que by 4am...Now Coming to part of behaviour of staff I feel they are right at their part and the best part is only patient and female attendant is permitted on the day of OPERATION to Taking care and then handing your baby healthy in parents or to say family members hand .. if you raise voice and talk they will revert with same length to you to communicate the hospital rules....they are job is at risk if we behave that way..be it any hospital for rude behaviour it's rude behaviour....I have been to many hospitals but this has a discipline of making sure the going to be mothers must be healthy and should have the knowledge of what is being guided to them.... Don't misunderstand the staff.... If spoken politely everything will happen
