Today i found a mistake of a staff nurse in abortion ward . The staff nurse have used a already used iv set to my wife.what a treagidy a trainned staff doing this.

Doctors are good. In gyn OPD some male doctors check up female patient in absence of lady attendant. In labour room and OT of Gyn dept male staffs required to be replaced by female staffs.
