Suman tour did not provide extra bed, served stale food, did not take us to Nathula Pass & other places.Members suffered ill health. Cheated us. We r filing complaint. Do join us. I m a lawyer.

Rakesh is a cheat who will be polite only before booking & u will see his real colours only after u reach and start your tour. We had at least 7-8 families & all where completely dissatisfied.

We book a honeymoon tour with Suman travel at Kerela. All cheated .what ever promised in the itenary not even 10% of service matched. Pathetic hotel room , zero services at every place at Kerela.
