HLP2 Cigarette Packing Machine
HLP2 cigarette packing machine packs about 10 or 20 cigs/box or any number as per customer requirements. Cigarettes are wrapped by cigarette aluminum foil paper and packed into packet box. This machine comes with PLC controls for easy operation. This machine produces about 150-180 packets/min with various configurations, such as D-type, Bevel Edge, Round Corners, Square Corners.
The cigarettes that can be packed here can be of any style such as slim, super slim, regular, king size and it can pack 10 or 20 cigs per box with any collation.
MK8 cigarette making machine is our most popular cigarette production machine which has been supplied to more than 35 countries. It’s a fully automatic mechanical cigarette making machine that produces about 2500 cigarettes per minute. This machine consists of Cigarette maker and filter assembler where cigarette maker wraps and rolls cut tobacco with cigarette rolling paper and filter assembler cuts and assembles filter tips with tobacco rods. .
cigarette tray filler is optional. In the final end of the machine, cigarette tray filler unit can be attached, we currently don’t supply that.
MK-9 cigarette making machine is medium-high speed cigarette production machine with a capacity of 4,500 cigarette/min. It’ comes with MK9 cigarette maker, Max-S filter assembler. we also provide tray filler at an additional cost. Cigarette maker is used to wrap and form tobacco rods while filter assembler machine is used to cut and assemble filter tips with tobacco rods. MK9 cigarette making combination produces more cigs compared to MK-8. It’s comes with a touch panel to set orders for a machine running.
Wrapping Machine is specially designed by us to wrap cigarette packets with plastic cellophane. Our cellophane wrapping machine makes the packaging smooth and gorgeous. The plastic film wrapped over the packets protects the cigarettes from moisture and any kind of contamination.
