ABOUT FERROTHERM
Ferrotherm was started under the entrepreneurship of Mr. Deepak H. Raysoni (who is Metallurgical Engineer having experience of more than 35 years in the same field as well as in steel making rolling mill open & close die forging).
The company has five no’s of furnace: F1 1800mm width X 1800mm height X 4000mm depth F2 2600mm width X 2100mm height X 6500mm depth F3 3400mm width X 3000mm height X 8000mm depth F4 1400mm width X 1000mm height X 4000mm depth F5 5600mm width X 1800mm height X 5600mm depthAll furnaces are fitted with Gas & Air flow controlling systems to ensure uniform Temp. Furnace 1, 2 & 3 are fitted with internal circulation fan to achieve uniform temp throughout the furnace chamber. We carry out different types of heat treatments like Annealing, Normalising, Stress Relieving, Isothermal Annealing, Hardening & Tempering etc, in semi finished condition with right analytical approach, correct metallurgical concept and perfect process control with constant supervision.
Ferrotherm also started Hardening & Tempering of heavy shafts gears forging etc. of size maximum upto 1400mm length upto 4000mm & single piece weight upto 1600Kg.
Quench tank of capacity 25000 Ltr quenching oil fitted with 12000 L.P.M capacity pumps for oil circulation with oil cooling systems.
Company is also equipped with 10 Ton EOT crane 1 No, 15 Ton EOT Crane 1 No & 20 Ton EOT Crane 1 No for easy loading & unloading operation. Company is also having 63 KVA Gen-set back up for continuous process. Note: We do local stress relieving by resistance coil method & by direct firing method at site. We are ISO 9001-2015 Certified Company.
We also undertake local stress relieving by resistance heating coil method. For bigger tank pressure vessels, we used internal firing method for stress relieving process. Both the processes are suitable for heavy and big job, partial stress relieving like welding joints in boiler industries, pipeline etc. where availability of furnace is not possible. We do all jobs at site, anywhere in India & outside of India also. We also undertake surface treatment like Sand Blasting, Spray Galvanising etc.
