• Screen Filters

We manufacture Screen Filters using highly quality raw material. These filters are with, Sophisticated Welding Process and Filter Elements made with PVC 110 x 10kg, double wire mesh, S.S 304 / 316.

Salient Feature –

• Corrosive resistant, pre-treated epoxy / polypropylene powder coating is done.

• Pressure gauge sockets of 1/4” for checking pressure is provided at inlet / outlet, available in threaded connection B. S. P., and flanged end connections can be provided as per customer requirement, as well as color options as per customer’s requirement.

• Sand Filters

The Sand Filters can be used as Primary Filtration, and can be used as Single or Battery of Sand Filter use of Silica Quartz Sand with Mushroom ensures effective filtration.

• Anti corrosive pre-treated epoxy / polypropylene powder coating to ensure long life.

• Inlet / Outlet pressure gauge points to check pressure.

• Fertilizer Tanks

We manufacture the Fertilizer Tanks which are used for effective liquid fertilizer application as per the expert’s advice which is very useful for gradual and slow fertilizer application to respective crops.

Salient Feature –

• Fertilizer Tanks are M. S. pre-treated epoxy / polypropylene powder coating.

• Available in any color of Tank as per customer’s requirement.

• Hydrocyclone Filters

Hydrocyclone Filters are used for separation of sand and comparatively Higher Size Suspended Particles. The unique design of filters separates the Sand / Suspended Particle from water.

Salient Feature –

• Special pre-treated epoxy / pp powder coating done on the filter.

• Header Assembly

Header Assembly manufactured by us is widely used to connect the batteries of Disc Filters / Screen Filters / Sand Filters and Hydrocyclone Filters.

• Provisions for Air Valves, Pressure Gauge check points and fertilizer connection points.

• Header Assembly is pre-treated epoxy / polypropylene powder coated and it can be made as per customer requirement.

• Disc Filters

High quality raw materials are used to manufacture these Disc Filters. The Disc filters are with, Sophisticated Welding Process and Disc Elements are made by Azud.
