Dear Team, Not able to submit my feedback. This the feedback I have shared. IF YOU REALLY WANT TO BUY BRAND NEW CAR THEN THIS IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE. I have strong feeling I have bought used KIA CARENS car(9-september-2023)instead of brand new with the cost of brand new car. When they deliver the car the car was very much dirty both inside and outside like the car is in garrage for many years or a returned car. They have not did a car wash before they deliver a brand new car(as per them) The car smart keys look are looking used and old. The QR code in main key is completely faded and in backup key there is tag which has key QR code which different not same as in backup key QR code. Seems Manuals are used o When I asked for the accessories list they shared different list through WhatsApp which is not the actual list delivered in car . They just got the signature in office room without showcasing anything in the car While delivering the brand new car(as per them) the fuel is 0% and we are forced to put fuel in gas station next to V S T. I have actually got the car on 9-sep-2023 but as per records they delivered the car on 30-Aug-2023 itself. No demo given by any of them. I was asking one of the kia person who came with me on just few options in the dashboard Pathetic experience. Lot of things giving me the feel of not new one. I have respective evidences. PLEASE BE CAREFULL IF YOU REALLY WANT TO BUY BRAND NEW IN VST MOTORS
