At 10.45 pm,cust. care exec.Amit refused to report a complaint no.since as per the update provided by him,electricity will be on by 11.45.But at 12'midnight,the bses no.39999707 is busy.poor service.

They are very slow in providing service when light went out for only 2-3 homes only. Please ensure Delhi government to provide fast service. The children went to school without enough sleep
