They are prone to short supply of expensive medicines. No grievance redressal mechanism.

My mom had to come from saidabad to mehdipatnam to this dispensary just to sign their records ,despite uterus cancer ,undergone surgery ,not able to travel like others. The doctors /system is bad, .
